life chain*

*What is a Life Chain?

"Life Chain is a peaceful and prayerful witness of pro-life Americans standing for one hour praying for our nation and for an end to abortion. It is a visual statement of solidarity by the Christian community that abortion kills children and that the Church supports the sanctity of human life from the moment of conception."

Standing 25-30 apart along a route, prayerful participants hold signs with messages such as "Abortion Kills Children," "Abortion Hurts Women" and "Life - the First Inalienable Right." The suggested donation is $1 per sign. All proceeds after expenses are given to the area crisis pregnancy centers.
